When receiving and signing for the cargo, you must inspect the cargo carefully to make sure whether it is perfect or not; you should send letter for us instead of signing for if it has any breakage; we will help you to process! But if after receiving and signing for said again the product has any question, we are generally irresponsible!
1. If you find the parcel broken when delivery, please open the parcel to check whether items are kept intactly. If not, please refuse delivery. When the parcel is returned to us automatically, we will confirm if the damage is made during transportation. If yes, we will send you a new one of same model for exhcange or fully refund your money according to your request.
2. If you want to return the parcel already signed by you, please email us to get the shipping address where your parcel can be returned to. We would have no responsibility for any missing parcel caused by returning to wrong shipping address without asking for our customer support's advice.

As for the shipping methods, we usually ship your order by EMS to most major destinations in the world. But some area in the world like South Africa, Netherlands and so on can't be reached by EMS, so we may change it into Hongkong Air Mail automatically without notifying you. Return process
1. The customer must contact us by email service@replicaedhardy.com to get our confirmation and then we will send you all instructions, address and return authorization number for the item to be sent back to us.
2. Once you receive the confirmation email, please ship us your order. Return for refund item must be post-marked no later than 7 business days and return for exchange must be no later than 30 business days from the day you received it.
3. Allow 1-2 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement and exchanged item is issued.
Return specification
1. If the customer sends the order back to us without priory contacting us and without proper authorization number or correct return address OR if the customer refuses the package when it is delivered we will not be in title to refund or exchange the item.
2. Please E-mail all returns request back to: service@replicaedhardy.com. Please choose "Returns" as a subject. In the message you need to state:
* Your order number
* Item(s) you want to return
* The reason you want to make a return.
* Tracking numbers after your product has been sent out
3. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer.
4. Please be aware that returned items must be new and unused, and in unworn condition. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts, damage due to personal misuse or negligence; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed. Products that are returned to replicaedhardy with a missing and damaged will be refused to returned to you , if you return any physically damaged item to us ,the item will be returned to you at your expense.
5. Shipping costs and a 5% non-refundable credit card charge is deducted from the credit amount.
6. Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages.
7. Product Exchange: you may exchange your product for any other product in replicaedhardy for equal or lesser value. If exchanged for a lesser value item the remaining balance will be refunded to your Credit Card.
